How can I pay my fiber internet bill online?

You can pay your bill securely online by logging into your account through our Bill Pay Portal. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your current balance, set up auto-pay, or make a one-time payment using a credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Can I set up automatic payments?

Yes! Auto-pay can be enabled in your account settings under the “Billing” section. Just add a preferred payment method and toggle the auto-pay option to ensure your bill is paid on time every month.

I forgot my login information. How can I access my account to pay my bill?

Click the “Forgot Username or Password?” link on the login page. Follow the prompts to reset your credentials using your registered email or account number.

Are there any fees for paying online or using a card?

There are no additional fees for standard online payments. However, some payment methods (like using certain credit cards) may incur a small processing fee, which will be disclosed before you complete your payment.

How can I view my previous billing statements?

Once logged into your account, go to the “Billing History” or “Statements” tab. You’ll find downloadable PDFs of your past bills for easy record keeping or printing.
