CAREERS

See what a Career at Rally Networks has to offer.

Benefits Overview

At Rally Networks, we want everyone to understand the value of “total compensation.” This is the complete package of financial and non-financial rewards an employee receives from an employer. It’s more than just your take home pay. Understanding total compensation is crucial when evaluating a career, and at RN, we  have so much to offer… Explore the drop downs below to get a sneak peak of various rewards that come along with being a part of our family.

We understand that competitive pay is important. The economy affects us all, and we work hard to evaluate this important aspect of your job. RN uses national and regional benchmarking. This is done both in our industry by participating in the NTCA Salary Survey each year with 250 other service providers, and through our partner BambooHR, with job-specific data provided by Mercer. We do our best to remain objective, competitive, and make data-driven decisions. We want to help every family do more than just put food on the table

Annual raises and bonuses are a core part of our compensation structure. Continuous performance improvement is encouraged, and regular review cycles with basic feedback programs are in place to provide a platform for employee improvement and engagement. We love to reward employees who are loyal to our mission and work hard to get the job done.

If RN employees aren’t healthy, they can’t excel in their work. That’s why we offer medical insurance with a premier self-funded group health plan. Valued at $22,000 per year for every full-time employee, the stack of health and wellness benefits is immense. With a $1/month premium, we cover the employee and all eligible dependents. (And no, that’s not a typo.) This means the whole family gets excellent coverage for less than a pack of gum every month. The $1/month premium covers medical, dental, and vision insurance! Our medical plan uses a nationwide PPO network so no matter where you are in the country, you can find access to providers to meet your family’s needs. The HR team works hard to keep your premiums and deductibles low every year, putting more money in your pocket.

Along with the medical, dental, and vision insurance, a whole slew of other great insurance options are available to RN employees, including long and short-term disability, discounted life insurance options for you and your dependents, as well as accident and critical illness policies.

We will all get there at some point, and RN ensures that when you do, you’ll have a nest egg waiting for you. With a whopping 12% contribution to a 401k managed by NTCA, the rural broadband association that has partnered with Fidelity we are helping secure your future.. While we still encourage all employees to save some of their own money as well, no match is required to receive this unheard-of retirement benefit after only 6 months of service.

With 10 company-paid holidays and additional paid time off based on your years of service, we want to ensure all employees have adequate time to unwind outside the office as well.

Because our roots run deep with family tradition, every year we’ve made efforts to make sure our employees get the “meat and potatoes” treatment. This might be one of the top three reasons to work at RN if you ask our staff. Idaho potatoes, and a ham or turkey around the holidays, is one more way we try to say “Thank you.” If you’re not a meat-and-potatoes person, you can join us at one of our local employee appreciation events. In the past, we’ve done things like ski/snowboard days, trap shooting, MLB game boxes, BBQ’s and more. In addition to these fun events, certain positions receive cell phone reimbursement for use of their smartphones at work, and we also cover a basic Costco or Sam’s Club membership every year for all employees!
