The Stoutland project is highlighted and represents a fiber to the home project. Funding for this is provided by Rally Networks and the USDA Reconnect program. This project was delayed for multiple years because of archeological concerns but is now progressing. Bandwidth options up to 2 GIGs will be available to help the local community work, play and take care of health needs from home.
