Full Job Description
Our company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to help manage our HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the field of HR and will have worked in an HR capacity previously. The right candidate will be capable of performing administrative duties, such departments as benefits, payroll and employee records management. Responsibilities:
- Compile and maintain employee data.
- Process and distribute employee documentation.
- Maintain company databases, including payroll information and personnel records.
- Answer questions from employees on a variety of topics, including benefits, taxes, and insurance.
- Compile statistics on employee demographics and benefits.
- Generate reports for upper management.
- Compile employee proposals for the company’s benefit plans.
