We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Rally Networks! The successful candidate must have excellent listening skills and be great with customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to succeed, and will enjoy the opportunity to work in a team environment with an organization that values the rural communities we serve. This is a great chance to work for a family owned organization in the rural broadband industry.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer payments and answer questions relating to services/bills
- Answer customers’ questions, both over the phone and in person.
- Resolve customer issues, both over the phone and in person.
- Write reports on customer interactions.
- Support technical staff in coordinating service orders and trouble tickets.
Duties:
- CSR Duties
- Help develop promotions with Marketing
- Customer Notification of new internet options
- Commercial contracts
- Help with customer awareness of services in new fiber builds or areas that are struggling. This may entail door to door and handing out flyers.
- Help with supporting image at community events: parades, fair, etc.
Experience:
- Quick Learner
- Comfortable in Google Docs, Sheets, and Google Business
- Self Motivated and Goal Driven
- Experience with Marketing, Sales, and/or Customer Service a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
